These easy snacks are 'life-savers' during breakfast..or when you needed a munch..

Tuna puffs

Ingredients:

10 pieces prata dough
1 can of tuna
1 white onion (diced)
3 tbsp of mayonaise
Pepper
Salt
1 tsp Lemon juice

Method:

1. Take prata out from the freezer 10 minutes before baking to soften the frozen dough.
2. Diced the onion.
3. Drain the tuna, add the mayo and mixed the onion into the tuna.
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black pepper & lemon juice, mixed thoroughly..
5. By now the prata dough is ready for use, put a tablespoon of tuna
in the centre, fold the bottom to the centre and then the 2 sides and press edges with a fork
6. Bake in air-fryer at 160 deg celcius till golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve hot.
