Pressure cooker Curry Chicken

Hope my less-than-60-minutes dishes can help ease some of your cooking daze..
Cooking Curry chicken has never been so easy until I used the pressure cooker to help me in one of those very rush mornings..now cooking this is a breeze, my kids can always enjoy a pot of hot curry chicken with potatoes served over hot rice or bread..

Ingredients:

20 chicken wings
4 potatoes - cut into chunks
1 1/2 pkt Sheen nonya curry paste mix
1 pkt 200ml coconut cream or 210 fresh milk
500ml water
1 tomatoes
1 big onion-wedged

Method:

1. Use 2 tbsp of paste to season the wings
2. Fry the remaining paste till fragrant in the pressure cooker
3. Add in wings and potatoes, fry till slightly brown.
4. Add in the wedged tomatoes and the onions
5. Add in the 500 ml water and bring to boil..boil for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.
6. After 10 minutes, release the air pressure from the pressure cooker and add in the coconut creame.
7. Boil a further 3 minutes without closing the lid.
8.Serve hot with rice or bread.
Trust me all u need is 30 minutes inclusive cutting ingredients..
