Japanese Hot cake @ pancakes

It has been on my mind for quite a while to put this recipe into my 'less than 60 minutes' blog as I myself had done this so many times that I had lost count of the number..

Why? Simply, because it is the best hot cake recipe so far. I cannot remember exactly where I got it and who the blogger was but I must really thank her for such great recipe. My kids have been eating these hot cakes that I made from young, even though they are young adults and teens now, it never failed to make them very happy when I cook hot cakes for breakfast

For 5 of us..I usually go for 2 cups of flour and adjust the rest of the ingredients accordingly.

Note: The procedure is important, do not jumble up or you will end up with not so fluffy hotcakes..
