Potatoes with minced pork, stir-fry Kailan & fish slice soup
Good morning...Yup yup...👀👀I hope I don't set eyes rolling..Singapore time 8am and am on the way in train to work and can't wait till I have time to blog this. Simply just within 60 minutes..👀👀Yes under an hour meal..
Potatoes with minced pork
Ingredients:
8 small potatoes (any brand but prefer less starchy ones, I used Australian ones)
200g minced pork or chicken
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp.fish sauce
1 tsp mushroom powder or chicken powder
300ml hot water
Pepper
Springonion ( chopped)
Porato starch
Method:
1. Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices
2. Pan fry them in batches till slightly gokden brown (do not overcrowd them)
3. Put aside the potatoes and with same work fry the minced meat, do not add oil until it is 70% cooked.
4. Add in 1 tsp fishsauce and fry till fragrant.
5. Return the potatoes to the pan and mix the 2 ingredients well..
6. Add in 200 ml of water and give it a further boil..
7. Thicken sauce with potato or corn starch.
8.Garnish with lots of spring onions and a dash of black pepper..
9.Serve with hot rice..
