Dry Laksa
Bee hoon (blanch)
Prawns (cooked b4 hand)
Tau pok (slice long)
Bean sprouts
Laksa leave wash
Fishcake slice (slice)
2 hardboil eggs
Method
1. Fry paste in wok...till fragrant (med fire) add laksa leaves fry awhile.
2. Add the coconut milk stir well..stir in half taupok..
3.add in the bee hoon mix well..
4.add in bean sprouts..fish cake..prawns & balance taupok..
5.fry together..add in balance laksa leaves
6.leave some prawns...taupok to add on last minute so as to beautify the dish.
7. Add in hard boil eggs
