Easy Bread Pudding..面包布丁




Wanting to clear a loaf of bread, thinking of the fastest way because I am serving it at breakfast..


Gather all the ingredients and here it goes..

14 pcs of white bread
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp of cinnamon
4 tbsp of melted butter or more
1 bowl of brown sugar
1 bowl of golden raisins


How to...
1. Prepare a baking tray
2.Cut the bread into cubes or you can just tear them into pieces
3. Melt 2 tbsp of butter 
4.Measure 2 cups of milk..beat in all the eggs..add in cinnamon and sugar give it a good whisk
5. Assemble the bread into baking tray, sprinkle the raisins in between every layer of bread..continue till the top layer..pour the milk, egg mixture into the tray of bread and sprinkle raisins on top.
6.Press a little to pack the bread together..and let it sit awhile before baking..
7.Bake in Airfryer or oven for 30 minutes on 200 celcius..
8.Drizzle melted butter 5 minutes before done and sprinkle a little more brown sugar to yield a buttery crust..
9.Enjoy with a cup of coffee..



** My no 3 baby (not too young though)..happiest when she saw the bread pudding as I have not baked it for years...and mummy dearest was enjoying it so much..I wished I brought more over for her....seeing her eating so much more at breakfast this morning..warms my heart..
