Steam Egg..蒸水蛋

Steam egg @ Steam 'water' egg


Ratio:      Egg  :  Water
                    1  :     105ml


Ingredients: 

3 eggs
105ml ×3 - 315ml
1 tsp chicken powder
A dash of pepper
Spring onions
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soy sauce

Method:

1. Measure amount of water. Every one egg (55g) : 105 ml water.

2. Mix chicken powder and pepper into the water..Beat the eggs well and stir into the water mixture.
3. *Steam on high heat till tender, test with a skewer..
(* I usually steam with an electric steamer)

4.Garnish with spring onion, parsley and soy sauce and sesame oil.
