Easy Dinner Rolls @ Mini bread
My crave for baking did not stop at milo butterscotch cup cakes...so I search further for easy bakes and came across this super easy dinner roll from typicallytopical.com
It is so easy that I made two batches at one shot.
The few ingredients are those you can easily get hold of in your kitchen. All purpose flour *(plain flour), milk, baking powder, herbs, mayo, easy isn't it?
Now, here a look at the what and how to...
Ingredients (yields 5 small buns)
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp mayo
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp or more of mixed herbs or any herbs of your preference
1 tsp garlic powder
The How to:
1. Mixed the flour, salt and add in the milk and lastly the mayo.
2. Sprinkle the desired amount of herbs and garlic powder.
3. Mixed to form a sticky dough (nothing like usual bread that you made when using yeast)
4. Use muffin trays or in my case I used baking paper casing
5. Bake at 180 deg celcius in preheated air fryer (in my case) till golden brown & tested with skewers
6. Serve warm with butter and jam
The beautiful thing about this recipie is, it does not need kneading, proofing or any yeast. You can make this for breakfast or in my case late evening, anytime of the day...
Enjoy and Thank you..typicallytopical.com (please visit their website for great recipies)
