Pork Leg Bee Hoon (猪脚米粉)

Looking back, it has been months since I last blogged.
Have been so busy with shifting to a new location and juggling work and kids, I hardly cook elaborate meals..😂
Today, I am going to share a simple and yet delicious bee hoon dish that needs little preparation and cleaning up after cooking..

Ingredients:
1 can of stew pork leg
1 can of mock abalone
1 pkt of chye sim
4 pcs of instant bee hoon (soak in cold watet for 10 minutes or till slightly soft)
100 ml water
Pepper

Method:
1. Heat wok and pour the can of pork leg, and bring to boil.
2. Cut chye sim into 2 inch length.
3. When the pork leg starts to boil, put in the bee hoon and stir fry. Add in chye sim last.
4.Enjoy with a dish of chilli padi
