I do not have a sweet tooth but the thoughts of these yummy brownies kept crossing my thoughts last night...

Notes..taking

So, I have decided to give it a try and keep calm and bake..

After browsing through the recipes, I came across one by Love and Lemons, the method and ingredients just fitted my criteria..no weighing needed as all measurements are by cups and the raw matetials are readily available in my kitchen🤣🤣...

Separate the dry ingredients from the wet..
Dry ingredients at a glance:

Dry ingredients

1 1/2 cup sugar granulated
3/4 cup plain flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 tsp salt

Wet ingredients

2 large eggs (approx..110g)
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Mix them together ..sprinkle dry ingredients into wet..it will yield a gluey and thick mixture, do not over mix and sift all dry ingredients to incoporate air.

After mixing together..bake in a square tin lined with baking paper @ 163 degree celcius for roughly 40 mins..( must add 15 to 20 mins when using AF because the heat concentrated mostly on top) will do the trial and error test...

I baked it in my super reliable air fryer though because I really did most of my baking here instead of an oven....
