Sambal Prawns made easy..





When you have a little bit of here and there, you would like to make full use of it so as to make space in the fridge...
I happened to have half a bottle of Sing Long Nasi lemak sambal chilli sauce or more like paste..(we call it sauce)..200g of frozen prawns, 4-5 limes...

Getting ready to cook..

Ingredients

3 to 4 tbsp of  nasi lemak chilli sauce
200g or more of frozen prawns
5 limes (squeeze out the juices)
Some parsley if you have
Some spring onions
Half an onion (wedges)

Method
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil n fry the onions
2. Fry the sambal till fragrant
3. Add in the prawns fry till cooked and      turned pink and sauce thickens.
4. Add in lime juice and garnish with spring onions.

Serve hot with plain rice..
