Stuffed white button mushroom (Recipe from DJ96.3 Wei Wen)
My first try on this recipe which was shared by FM96.3 DJ 伟文,the recipe looked intimidating to me at first glance but it was totally doable..🤭🤭
Ingredients
350g white button mushroom (big) abt 10 pcs
80g minced pork
50g bread crumbs (panko)
30g parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 cloves garlic chopped (I used garlic salt) 1 tsp
4 tbsp olive oil (reserve 2 tbsp for glazing top of mushroom)
Seasoning
1.Blackpepper (gauge the amount)
2.Salt
How to:
1. Mix the minced pork with seasoning, add 2 tbsp olive oil, add pepper and salt (gauge amount)
2.Mixed in the parsley
3.Mixed in the breadcrumbs
4.Remove stem of mushrooms (cut away hard part and roughly chop into smaller bits)
5.Wipe mushroom with wet kitchen towel
6. Stuff the pork mixture into the underside of mushroom, pushing all the way to create a firm top.
7. Preheat Air fryer or oven, drizzle olive oil over top of mushroom and bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.

*feedback from girls, can add some mozerella such that it will melt and bind the stuffings..
