Hot Bean Paste minced pork @ 辣豆瓣酱肉末
Hot Bean Paste minced pork...
Made a batch of spicy minced pork as I have intention to cook spicy ramen tomorrow.
Added the hotbean paste minced pork to my Ramen....
This is so very easy a dish that it can be paired with ramen, rice or porridge and I think can be in buns too..and suddenly recap, can be used to cook mapo toufu too. This blog is specially dedicated to the Fairies Lunch Group of Friday Lunch Kakis...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ ( Georgina, Lim SK, Sim KN, Seah Ah Hoa, Seow PE, Jasmine)...
All you will need will be some minced garlic, 250g of minced pork, 2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee hot bean paste and a little oil..
I remembered, when my kids were younger, I cooked the non spicy version, it was always a hit with them..
Ingredients @ a glance
250g minced pork
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp fishsauce
